[Virtual] EMBRACing Young and Strong SocialsThese virtual gatherings are a great opportunity to connect with other young adults living with stage 4 metastatic breast cancer (MBC).

[Virtual] Thriving Beyond Breast CancerThis virtual, monthly drop-in group focuses on supporting those with stage 0-3 breast cancer who are transitioning from active treatment to maintenance and monitoring.
Those still receiving long-term endocrine (hormonal) therapy are welcome. This group will explore the challenges of coping with your physical, mental, and emotional health as you transition to survivorship. Thursday, May 7 6:30 - 7:30 p.m. ET |
[Virtual] Lunchtime SocialsYoung and Strong hosts virtual socials every other month as to help you connect with others who may be going through a similar experience and to share what's on your mind. Our goal is to offer a supportive and engaging space to build community and meaningful connections.
We offer separate groups for those in active treatment and for those who have completed treatment. Please sign up for the group that best matches your experience.

[In-Person] Dating WorkshopLydia Chevalier, PhD, clinical psychologist at Dana-Farber, will address common concerns about how cancer can affect dating and relationships and offer practical tips and strategies to address common challenges. There will also be plenty of time for facilitated group discussion with your peers in this dedicated space for young adults with cancer. The evening will include dinner and mocktails as well as a social hour.
This event is most appropriate for those ages 18 to 40s who have been diagnosed with cancer or a blood disorder and are single, interested in dating, or starting a new relationship. It is open to those of all genders and cancer types.
