These hangouts are a great opportunity to connect with other young adults living with metastatic breast cancer (MBC).

Nutrition and Cancer: Get Answers to Your Questions
In this interactive webinar, Dana-Farber nutritionist Stephanie Meyers, MS, RDN, will discuss common questions about sugar, soy, and supplements as they relate to cancer recovery. You can submit questions in real-time via the chat and will leave the session with new ideas and recipe links for feeding you and your whole family well.

Virtual Young Adult Post-Treatment Peer Program
Hosted by the Young Adult Program, this program consists of six 75-minute Zoom sessions over six weeks, starting in June. Each session will have 30 minutes of educational material and 45 minutes of discussion. Examples of topics we will discuss are:
• Living With Long-Term Treatment Side Effects
• Fear of Recurrence and Scanxiety
• Sexual Health, Dating, and Relationships
• Returning to Work or School
This group is open to Dana-Farber young adult patients (ages 18-early 40s) who have completed treatment or are no longer on treatment. Participants must be willing to commit to all sessions and complete an introductory Zoom meeting with a Young Adult Program staff before the group begins.
