Upcoming Events
Our events are so much more than opportunities to learn; they’re moments to connect, recharge, and feel inspired. Whether in person or online, Young and Strong brings together young adults with breast cancer to share knowledge, encouragement, and strength. Discover what’s coming up next.
Virtual Sexual Health Workshop for Couples
This virtual workshop will provide practical strategies for improving sex and intimacy for you and your partner after a breast cancer diagnosis. Learn more from Sharon Bober, PhD, director of Dana-Farber’s Sexual Health Program, about how breast cancer treatment can affect sex and intimacy and walk away with real-life strategies that will help your relationship and communication.
Wednesday, June 10
7 – 8:30 p.m. ET
This workshop is intended to create a safe and affirming space for all couples, married or otherwise, including couples of all genders, sexual orientations, races, faiths, and cultural backgrounds who have faced a breast cancer diagnosis as a young adult.
“I feel alone in dealing with breast cancer, not for lack of support from family and friends, but in terms of talking to people who have actually been through it. Young and Strong has helped me meet others and hear people’s stories.”
